Workplace Workouts

Take advantage of your space by allowing your employees to take part in semi-private or one-on-one training inside your organization. Employees often cite time as the reason they don’t exercise. Improve the health & wellness of your employees by allowing me to offer my services on site. While utilizing minimal equipment, I can create workouts for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level individuals. All I need is some space and I will provide the equipment.

  • Semi-private strength and conditioning sessions

    These sessions will utilize a mix of equipment I provide including kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.

  • Group yoga sessions

    Yoga will include relaxation techniques and focus on physical and mental recovery. All skill levels are welcome as there is something for everyone.

  • Personal training full or half day pass

    Sign up slots for one-on-one training sessions at your corporate facility with any employees who would like to participate.
